Visits can be made by car, but more easily and certainly more interestingly by Train right to the centre of Edinburgh. Waverly station is only a short walk to Both Princess Street and Edinburgh Castle. Also close to Holyrude, the Scottish Parliament Building and The Museum of Scotland.
